Today, we're going to talk about my big time crush: Hayley Kiyoko. For the uncultured swines who don't know her: Hayley is an actress, singer and song writer. She started as a member of a girl group called 'The Stunners' alongside with Tinashe, Kelsey Sanders (later replaced with Lauren Hudson), Allie Gonino and Marisol Esparza. Six months after forming the group signed with Columbia Records, and relased a single titled 'Bubblegum'. In 2009 the group left Columbia Records and signed a production deal with Lionsgate Entertainment, and shot a music video for their promo single "We got it", wich was released on February 22, 2010. After graduating high school in 2009, Kiyoko booked her first big movie, starring as Velma Dinkley in Scooby-doo! The mistery begins.The TV movie premierd on September 13, 2009 and was a huge succes. It brought in 6.1 million viewers, making it the most-watched program in Cartoon Network's history. She reprised her role in the movie's sequel, Scooby-doo! Curse of the Lake Monster, wich premired on October 16, 2010. The sequel draw in 3.4 million viewers.
I personally really admire her, and even when I was younger, and would watch Lemonade, she was my favourite, and I kinda had a crush on her. She seems like a really hard working, and down-to-earth human being, and let's not forget how talented she is. If I had to pick a favourite song from her, it would be either Girls Like Girls or Gravel To Tempo.
